Candida and Diatomaceous Earth
The yeast infection known as Candida is difficult to clear out of your system; it can take months, even years. According to the Candida Yeast Infection Relief website, freshwater diatomaceous earth may be helpful because it pulls apart and destroys the Candida organisms that it comes in contact with in your gastrointestinal system and helps absorb and safely eliminate the toxins caused by Candida.

“Hi All,

I have started another adventure to regain balance in my intestines and work on eliminating rosacea. I have been on the anti-candida diet for three weeks coupled with food grade diatomaceous earth (DE) (an important part), anti fungals (rotating GSE, Olive Leaf Extract, Garlic, and pau d’arco), milk thistle, probiotics, digestive enzymes, aloe juice and apple cider vinegar.

The first week I noticed good results especially with the help of DE which is know to fight candida and eliminate intestinal parasites. The second week I had bad die off symptoms (sluggish, poor digestion, gas, bloating, swollen glands). During this period i seemed to have stall on improvement in my skin.

I also was having a lot of trouble digesting and realized i needed more living bacteria inside of me and am now increasing probiotics and have two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water before and during each meal. This has majorly improved my digestion and in turn my skin is starting to show slight improvement again. Just wanted to let people know about this approach that is slowly working for me, and see if there is anyone with any advice who has gone down a similar path. I will keep you all updated.

However, I encourage people to look into DE as it is also supposed to be helpful in eliminating mites. I make a paste with it and apply a mask on my face every three days, than follow with Olive or Jojoba Oil to moisturize. It seems like if mites are a big problem with rosacea this treatment can’t hurt. I also drink a big heaping tablespoon of it in a glass of water before bed… and have noticed a clear string like fungus attached to my stools in the morning (I am thinking this is the candida as i had never seen it before). Curious if anyone else has used this stuff. Definitely look into it!

Thanks for everyone’s help and determination!”
